Senior Solutions Architect

Steadfast Group is a leading provider of insurance and financial services. We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our team.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled solutions architect to design, implement, and maintain complex software systems that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and system administrators to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with the enterprise project management office (EPMO) to support new business requests and provide high-level designs to support business cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software design, architecture, and development. Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale software systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of configuration, integration, and security of SaaS systems.
  • A formal architecture qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Broad experience across the technology stack, including networking, identity management, and integration technologies.
