Sydney or Melbourne Mid level role Applications architect needed Contract or perm140k – 150k plus super or 850 a day inc super We can sponsor but the person must be an architect Project Description : A leading bank in Sydney is looking for a mid level platform architect to join their CTO office to deliver transformation work across the process automation space.
The candidate should have a deep understanding of technology trends, platforms, and methodologies, with the ability to think strategically to design solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop high-level and detailed technical design specifications aligned with the overall solution architecture.
Lead the implementation of solutions, including coordinating development and deployment activities, and managing vendors.
Ensure solutions align with the organisation's technology roadmap and architecture principles.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend the adoption of new technologies where appropriate.
Mentor and guide development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
Establish an enterprise platform for users across other Lines of Business such as finance, HR, loans, etc.
Work with architects within the Lines of Business to meet their specific needs.
Contribute to developing architecture patterns for content management use.
Mandatory Skills Description :10+ years of overall working experience6-8 years of experience as a solution architect, specifically in applications Understanding of various platforms applications sit on, e.g., security, SSO, cloud Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields Experience in Solution Architecture with Content Management & Infrastructure Good understanding of SSOExperience creating patterns and integrating cloud platforms with on-prem systems Proven ability to design and implement technical solutions meeting business needs Strong technical skills across different technologies, architecture patterns, and design principles Understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud technologies Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and processes Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills Analytical and strategic thinking abilities Adaptable leadership and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Nice-to-Have Skills : Banking domain experience
