About the Role

Northline, an industry leader in Transport and Logistics, is offering an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to start their career in administration or supply chain logistics. This traineeship will provide you with real-world work experience while working towards a nationally recognized qualification.

What You'll Gain

About the Traineeship

During the 12-24-month traineeship program, you will rotate through various operational areas including fleet operations, warehousing and distribution, branch administration, customer service, sales, and international freight management. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the Transport and Logistics industry.

Requirements

  • Completed minimum year 10 schooling.
  • Hold a Drivers Licence (Class C) – Provisional Licence is adequate.
  • Be eager and willing to learn, listen, and have a go.
  • Display initiative and ask questions.
  • Be tech savvy, with a willingness to learn new communication skills and software programs.
  • Have a professional presentation, attitude, and good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Show commitment to fulfilling the training.
  • Be an individual who takes ownership of their role and is a team player.
