A Little About This Role

This full-time Store Manager position at Warringah requires you to ensure the smooth operation of the store. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a customer-centric culture by executing sales, service, and compliance strategies.
  • Motivating and guiding a diverse team of outdoor enthusiasts to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Manager to guarantee the store runs efficiently.
  • Representing the store and supporting the broader network in developing and implementing initiatives and processes.
  • Creating an exceptional experience for each customer.

What We're Looking For

You'll need previous management experience in retail or customer service environments, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive sales and service excellence through outstanding store management.

You should have demonstrated experience working towards targets and KPIs, while fostering a high-performance culture and genuine passion for our products and brand values.
