This role offers a chance to support our management team in running the store efficiently and profitably. You will have flexible availability from late November to summer holidays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Creating an enjoyable customer experience by sharing your love of adventure
  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Assisting with store operational requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need experience and understanding of the retail sales environment. You will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude that shines in store.
