  • Create and serve a variety of premium beverages, including signature cocktails, wine, and spirits, in accordance with industry standards
  • Deliver personalized and engaging service that exceeds guest expectations
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the beverage area at all times
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company procedures
  • Contribute to beverage innovation and support menu development in collaboration with the Bar Manager
  • Perform setup and closing duties, including reconciliation of transactions and inventory management
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service
