Job Overview:

The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will spearhead the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in a premium 24/7 setting.

  • Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained across main gaming floor bars and the Sovereign room.
  • Will review and analyse daily operational needs, maintaining beverage, labour, product, and expenses within set parameters.
  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver consistent guest experiences aligned with our service culture.
  • Monitoring team member performance on the floor through a hands-on approach, ensuring appropriate coverage from venue leadership and team members.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and motivating large teams, with exceptional communication skills allowing them to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
