Job Description

**About the Role**

Mary Immaculate Catholic Primary School, Eagle Vale, is seeking a dedicated and experienced educational leader to fill the position of Acting Assistant Principal. This role is a vital part of the school's leadership team, responsible for fostering a vibrant Catholic school community that promotes spiritual growth and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a learning culture that emphasizes shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth.
  • Drive school improvement initiatives aligned with the school's vision and strategic plan.
  • Build capacity through professional development and support staff in their roles.
  • Ensure that school processes meet system, NESA, and legislative requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive partnerships with students, families, and the wider community.

Requirements

  • Post-graduate study in a relevant discipline.
  • Accreditation for Senior Leadership in a Catholic School (Category E).
