Director, Premium Audit Job Description

The Director of Premium Audit plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by executing departmental strategies, managing operations, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals. This role is responsible for overseeing service delivery, staff development, vendor management, and regulatory compliance within the Premium Audit function.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Execution & Operational Leadership: The Director will collaborate with senior leaders to implement departmental goals, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: This role will enhance audit processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency by leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Promote Performance Culture: The Director will foster a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability across the Premium Audit team.
Daily Operations Management:
  • The Director oversees daily operations to ensure timely and accurate audit service delivery across regions.
  • Assigns audit work based on geographic location and monitors adherence to time service standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensures that audit practices comply with state regulations and company filings.
  • Establishes procedures for accurate exposure identification, risk classification, and accounting documentation.
