
Premium Audit Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Premium Audit team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing audit operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement departmental strategies, goals, and initiatives.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate audit service delivery across the region.
- Audit Program Development: Design and refine audit programs to support market retention and growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure audit practices comply with state regulations and company requirements.
- Vendor Engagement: Manage relationships with premium audit vendors within the region.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in premium audit or a related field.
- Proven accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry concepts.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications related to insurance, auditing, or business management.
- Proven knowledge in project management, people leadership (i.e., managing, training, coaching, and developing individuals and teams).
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in insurance premium auditing.
