Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV) in Albury-Wodonga.

The successful candidate will have the ability to obtain a Defence Security Clearance and will be responsible for preparing and planning work packages to ensure the successful delivery of the program of works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing project specifications and drawings
  • Preparing and revising construction schedules
  • Coordinating with designers, engineers, and contractors
  • Monitoring project progress and providing updates to management

Additional Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain the Project delivery program requirements
  • Provide all program information to update the 4D model
  • Program all Authorities requirements and attend meetings as required
  • Provide strategic advice on the impact of design changes to the programmed activities
  • Report to the Project Management Office on a regular basis or as required
  • Develop short- and long-term programs
  • Ensure Milestones are maintained and updated on a regular basis
  • Prepare end of month progress reports
  • Update and maintain the critical path reporting
  • Provide dashboard reports on specific key trade data to support monthly reporting
  • Evaluate subcontractor Claims (EoT) and support the Commercial Team
  • Provide cashflow forecasts to Client
  • Attend all planning meetings and provide mark-ups and drawings to evaluate and review programs
  • Visit sites as required to assess the most safe and efficient delivery methodology

Requirements

  • Hold or able to obtain a Government Security Clearance (Australian citizen)
  • Engineering degree and minimum Certificate III in power, project management, or other relevant qualification
  • Computer skills in Primavera, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, GIS (I-View) Mapping
  • A minimum of 10 years working knowledge of construction, maintenance, planning/scheduling work
  • An excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow preparation
  • An excellent understanding of HSEQ issues as they relate to planning
