At Lancemore Crossley Street, we're seeking a dedicated House Keeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our boutique hotel.
Your Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms to a high standard, ensuring every detail is attended to
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve outstanding results and exceed guest expectations
- Develop a thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and products, with a focus on safety and sustainability
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and concerns
- You're a hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning roles is highly regarded, but not essential if you're willing to learn and grow
- You're comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
