Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, to meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with essential amenities, such as toiletries and towels.
  • Report any maintenance requirements or issues in guest rooms to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
  • Maintain and use equipment safely and correctly, following our established procedures.
  • Comply with health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
  • You must be available to work 30 hours per week on a rotating roster, including weekends.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently are essential.
  • Able to work in a physically demanding role, lifting and carrying items, moving trolleys, and using stairs.
  • Experience in housekeeping is preferred, and hotel experience would be an advantage.
  • Current working rights in Australia are required, and we cannot provide sponsorship for this role.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in housekeeping or hospitality.
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Physically able to meet the demands of the role, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
