About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Nightfill Team.

As a key member of our store operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless evening and night-time trade management. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of store presentation, and providing support to your team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Nightfill Team to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation, visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
