About the Role

As a Nightfill Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations during evening and night trade.

Key to success in this role is the ability to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.

Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards.

The ideal candidate will have direct leadership experience working in a fast-paced environment and be customer-obsessed, continually seeking to better understand diverse customers.

Responsibilities
  • Guide team members and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Provide support and direction to provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety and compliance.
  • Lead by example and drive a culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing.

Requirements:

A strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of motivating and developing a high-performing team.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.

Degree qualifications are not necessary, but relevant experience and training in areas such as business, human resources or marketing would be advantageous.
