Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Assistant Nightfill Manager.

In this position, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of your department, working closely with store teams to ensure customers have a great shopping experience and that colleagues have a positive place to work.

As an Assistant Nightfill Manager, you will contribute to the execution of store plans and collaborate across the store to support department goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the nightfill team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with store teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store leaders and team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and training to nightfill team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and management experience in a retail or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
