About the Role

The Performance Digital Manager (Omnichannel) plays a pivotal role in supporting brands across all digital paid media touchpoints, with a focus on optimising omnichannel media efforts throughout the consumer journey. This position aims to maximise efficiency by synchronising owned and paid digital media channels while establishing measurement expertise.

This role focuses on ensuring an integrated approach to digital marketing that delivers consistent brand messaging and optimized user experiences across all touchpoints, including retailers, paid search, email, websites and e-commerce platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Omnichannel optimisation
  • Provide strategic media guidance
  • Enhance measurement and reporting
  • Collaborate across teams and agencies
  • Provide data driven insight recommendations
  • Budget advisory and allocations
  • Monitor emerging trends and platforms
  • Lead, Mentor and develop performance marketing

This is a full-time on-site role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 5+years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with a focus on omnichannel strategies
  • Proven track record of driving growth and improving performance across digital marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing KPI's, attribution models and data driven optimisation techniques
  • Expertise in using digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, BVOD, Spotify Ads, TikTok Ads etc)
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment
  • Experience with owned, paid media platforms and omnichannel performance strategies
  • Sound knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving business goals
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including generous monthly product allowance, paid parental leave, subsidised health insurance and more.
