Sports Infrastructure Manager

This role involves overseeing civil and structural works, including bored piers, pad footings, crane lifts, and concrete works. You will also be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, to high-quality standards.
- Technical & On-Site Execution:
- Oversee and execute civil and structural works, including bored piers, pad footings, crane lifts, and concrete works.
- Conduct and manage site set outs and liaise with site surveyors to ensure accuracy in project execution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, to high-quality standards.
- Site Management & Safety Compliance:
- Take full responsibility for on-site safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations, SWMs and JSAs.
- Lead pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Conduct ongoing project assessments, identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities: The Senior Site Leader will oversee the delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
