Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the ongoing development and management of Victoria's strategic sport infrastructure network. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a wide variety of tasks relating to the development and operations of Victoria's State Facilities network, including managing funding agreements, developing briefings and correspondence, and other administrative tasks as required.
The Project Coordinator will work within a dynamic team, liaising with a wide range of sporting and public sector stakeholders to support strategic planning, business planning, project management, and the provision of high-level advice on sporting facility matters.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and correspondence. Strong knowledge of project management concepts and principles is essential, as well as proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project coordination principles and practices, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
