A leading enterprise is seeking an experienced solution architect to spearhead the implementation of Okta across their organization.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive architecture strategy for Okta, encompassing identity lifecycle management, access control, and integration with various systems.
  • Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and proactive issue resolution within the IAM domain, ensuring seamless operations and high system availability.
  • Promote collaboration between teams to achieve optimal outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3+ years focused on Okta and Cloud Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
  • Hands-on experience with Okta workflows, APIs, and integration tools, as well as proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Okta Certified Professional or Architect certification.
  • Familiarity with other IAM tools (e.g., Oracle Directory Server, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, enabling efficient deployment and maintenance of applications.
