Process scripts efficiently, following streamlined company procedures.

Support managers and supervisors by assisting staff with inquiries about the validity of orders or formulas.

Thoroughly check each order after processing before progressing it.

Work with Pharmacists to ensure orders are appropriate for the species, doses within the range based on literature references and comply with current legislative requirements.

Make outbound calls, answer customer questions, and keep customers informed about any delays.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in the Veterinary industry is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in Pharmacy is highly desirable
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change
