Job Summary:
The Anton Murray Consulting team is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivables Accountant to support a growing media firm in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's financial administration function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general accounting within the organisation.
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and Board reporting as requested/required.
- Identify potential areas of improvement and be proactively involved in creating solutions.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Adhere to month end timetable to ensure timely delivery of monthly results to senior management.
- Be actively involved in projects that directly affect your role and impact the Finance team.
Requirements:
- Several years of AP/AR experience.
- Proficient in XERO and MICROSOFT SUITE.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Great interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively and consultatively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail in all areas of Administration & Finance with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
About the Role:
This is an exceptional well-paid AP/AR Accounts opportunity with good WFH flexibility, on a long-dated 14m Mat Leave FTC contract, paid on a fixed salary.
