Transformative Opportunity in Institutional Banking:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a critical pillar of the business, driving a pioneering digital transformation initiative.

You will be the key link between product and delivery teams to define data requirements and represent the product team for data requirements in delivery squads.

You will work with colleagues to understand customer journeys, create human-centered product experiences, and prioritize capability delivery to achieve customer outcomes.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Define the vision of the platform with stakeholders, developing a data management strategy that improves customer experience and uplifts market share and profitability.
  • Define end-to-end data requirements for products and customer journeys within the scope of the platform.
  • Support vendor assessment and selection to define strategic data solution design, working with technology architecture.
  • Prioritize backlog, plan releases, deliver, test, and conduct retrospectives.
  • Work with architects, developers, and third-party vendors to deliver prioritized backlog against challenging release schedules.
  • Develop and deliver the platform test strategy and ensure compliance with regulations and risk frameworks.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of institutional transaction banking products.
  • Digital and technology domain experience with vendors and/or transformations across the transaction banking value chain.
  • Practical experience in data management roles within highly regulated industries or organizations serving corporate and institutional customers.
  • Product management disciplines, including product strategy, economics, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end technology delivery, covering design, build, test, and implementation.
  • Agile practices, including backlog management and prioritization, user story definition, and refinement.
