Infrastructure Spoil Manager

We are seeking an experienced Spoil Management Specialist to oversee and coordinate all aspects of spoil management on a large-scale infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of a project's spoil management strategy, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and project approvals.
- Engage with key stakeholders including government bodies, local councils, subcontractors, and community representatives regarding spoil activities.
- Coordinate spoil movement from tunnelling and surface excavation works, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage spoil haulage logistics, including fleet coordination, traffic management, and interface with site teams.
- E nsure waste is managed in accordance with project requirements and relevant legislation.
- Monitor and report on spoil volumes, destinations, and material classifications.
- Demonstrated experience managing spoil, materials, or logistics on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse groups.
- Strong understanding of environmental and regulatory requirements for spoil handling, disposal, and reuse.
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and haulage fleets, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
