Requirements

We are seeking a solicitor with:

  • Admission as a solicitor in NSW and minimum 2-10 years of personal injury law experience (including plaintiff experience).
  • Experience in workers' compensation and preferably any one or more of CTP, work injury damages, and public liability.
  • Proven ability to autonomously manage personal injury law files from start to finish.
  • Strong technical legal knowledge of relevant legislation, research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
  • Extremely astute, client/results-driven, proactive, and able to take full ownership of your role.

Estimated Salary Range

$75,000-$140,000 per annum based on location and experience.
