Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to fill the role of Full Time Eyewear Consultant/Receptionist.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet patients with a smile, providing exceptional customer service from the moment they enter our practice.
  • Assist patients in selecting suitable frames and sunglasses, taking into account their personal preferences and needs.
  • Provide expert advice on lens options, ensuring that patients receive the best possible solution for their vision requirements.
  • Conduct frame adjustments and repairs, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Place and track orders for lenses and frames, efficiently managing inventory and supply chains.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members, working together to achieve common goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every patient feels valued and respected.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
