We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
- Process new business, renewals, amendments, certificates of currency and endorsements. This includes managing complex account relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Respond to enquiries/requests from brokers and clients, providing prompt and professional service.
- Follow up with clients by phone and email to ensure satisfaction with services and identify potential areas for improvement.
