Job Description

  • This full-time role involves managing tenancies, ensuring seamless property maintenance and repairs, and interacting with clients in a professional manner.
  • You will have the opportunity to work independently, leveraging your exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • A valid driver's licence is required for this position.

Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive compensation package, estimated at around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in tenancy management, preferably in the private, public, or community housing sectors
  • Solid understanding of relevant tenancy legislation
  • Experience in preparing for and representing at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal
  • Demonstrated highly developed organisation skills and ability to undertake tasks independently
  • Current drivers licence
