Senior Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial crime practice, delivering exceptional client outcomes and managing and developing our team.

This leadership role will involve high-profile financial crime engagements with top-tier clients, as well as client relationship management and business development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experts in the field of financial crime, providing guidance and support to ensure outstanding results for our clients.

  • Financial Crime Practice Leadership: Lead high-profile financial crime engagements with top-tier clients, ensuring delivery of exceptional client outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Talent Development: Foster a culture of excellence within the team, mentoring and developing professionals to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' experience in financial crime roles.
  • Proven track record of success in consulting environments or professional services firms.
  • Strong technical skills and capability in AML/CTF related areas.
  • Direct experience with AUSTRAC regulatory matters.
