Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting thorough financial crime investigations and allocating referrals.
  2. Preparing clear, concise, and timely investigation reports.
  3. Maintaining oversight of investigation timeframes and escalating issues promptly.
  4. Identifying process improvements and supporting remediation efforts.
  5. Collaborating with Senior Managers to deliver group initiatives.
  6. Facilitating training sessions to enhance team skills and quality.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Experience in end-to-end financial crime investigation or a genuine interest in transitioning to this field.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to write investigative reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with an understanding of banking systems and processes.
