About the Job

Salesforce Cloud is a key role within our IT CRM team, working closely with the Customer Care Business Group to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions, and implement Salesforce applications.
  • Participate in project team meetings, communicate effectively with peers, and report project status as required.
  • Provide Tier 1 support to business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the system.
  • Manage Salesforce application using Salesforce Setup menu, creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots, and report types.
  • Validate Salesforce rules and custom workflows.
  • Architect integration solutions between SFDC and external systems.
  • Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.
  • Deploy Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and triggers.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint-based project delivery.
  • Experience with SOQL and SOSL queries.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience developing custom applications on Salesforce development environment.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, including configuration, workflows, triggers, managing custom objects, fields, formulas, Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL, Web Services, Lighting Enablement, Aura framework, and Lightning web components.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritize among competing tasks, and assignments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours to collaborate with remote IT and business team members.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
