We're seeking a motivated Digital Consultant to join our Change and Transformation team. Our team helps clients navigate complex change, putting people at the center of strategic change from strategy through to implementation.

Our team partners with organisations to accelerate sustainability, improve environmental and safety performance, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Our Digital Consultants design and deliver digital and data infrastructure that powers ESG, sustainability, and EHS outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-lead end-to-end ESG reporting platform implementations, including system architecture design and data integration strategies.
  • Facilitate strategic client workshops to define ESG/EHS technology requirements.
  • Translate technical requirements into clear business recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate process mapping workshops with cross-functional client teams to identify optimisation and standardisation opportunities.
  • Design current-state and future-state process maps that optimise ESG reporting workflows across departments.
  • Conduct gap analysis and maturity assessments to benchmark client ESG capabilities from a technology/data lens.
  • Support with technology vendor evaluation processes.
  • Support proposal development and deliver compelling client presentations for new business opportunities.
