About the Role

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning solutions to support the growth and development of our team members.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Developing capability plans and learning architectures to meet business needs
  • Creating engaging learning materials, including facilitator guides, participant guides, self-paced guides, and eLearning modules
  • Providing expert advice on learning and development programs and functions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress and ensuring quality outcomes
  • Actively managing stakeholders and ensuring project deliverables are met on time
