  • Discounted childcare fees and priority placement for your children.
  • Support for teacher accreditation.
  • Professional training and development opportunities to foster your growth.
  • Thorough onboarding with support from our autism-specific preschool program.
  • Rostered day off each month.
  • Paid lunch breaks.
  • Generous leave entitlements.
  • Daily support from a dedicated shared services team, including HR and organizational development, finance, marketing, and family experience.

Working with Our Community

You prioritize children, and as a non-profit organization, so do we.

Joining our team means becoming part of a community that collaborates with families to enrich young lives. We are here to help you explore your interests and unlock your potential. Together, we learn and grow, sharing tools, resources, and knowledge.

At our organization, everyone is welcomed and respected. We encourage individuals from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds and those from culturally diverse communities to apply.

We are committed to helping you develop a fulfilling career, offering ongoing networking, training, and advancement opportunities.
