About the role
As a Clinical Psychologist/ Psychologist, you will plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate a variety of assessment services for autistic individuals that reflect current international recommendations for best practice in the area of assessment and diagnosis.
The key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Apply professional knowledge to conduct reviews and reassessment; verify assessments and diagnosis for individuals diagnosed with Autism.
- Work within the structure of a multi-disciplinary team to conduct diagnostic assessments of individuals
- Work with the line manager and finance department to contribute to the budgeting and financial management, success, and growth of the diagnostic service
What you'll need to succeed
- Registration with APHRA as a registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychologist
- Post-graduate qualification in a related specialist area desirable
- Demonstrated ongoing professional development in autism spectrum disorder
- Satisfactory DHS Working with Children Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check.
- Driver Licence (C Class)
