This is a unique opportunity to excel in the Renal Outreach Unit at Bega as a seasoned Registered Nurse with advanced qualifications in Renal Nursing.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working in the clinical specialty, showcasing exceptional expertise in delivering high-quality patient care.

As a Renal Nurse Expert, you will provide person-centred specialist nursing care at an advanced practice level for patients with renal disease, collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

You will contribute significantly to the development of nursing specialty practice advancement, ensuring seamless integration of evidence-based practices.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialist nursing care to patients with renal disease
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to advancing nursing specialty practice
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Advanced post-registration qualifications in Renal Nursing
  • Minimum of three years' experience working in the clinical specialty
  • Exceptional clinical decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices
