Job Title: Care Coordinator

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing direction and support to workers in the delivery of supports to NDIS participants.

The successful candidate will have exceptional time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the NDIS.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential (Aged Care or Disability)
  • Regular travel will be required between Whyalla & Pt Augusta
Responsibilities:
  1. Providing direction and support to workers in the delivery of supports to NDIS participants
  2. Ensuring compliance and legislation is adhered to at all times
  3. Preparing and distributing rosters following ongoing conversations with workers and clients
  4. Managing a team of disability support workers and ensuring they are engaged, motivated and delivering quality care
  5. Compiling and preparing reports for management and other external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Current open driver's license
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
