Clinical Leadership Specialist

We seek a strategic and effective Clinical Team Lead to oversee the delivery of clinical projects, ensuring timely completion, within scope, cost, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will foster collaborative teamwork among cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee clinical project delivery, maintaining alignment with established goals, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure effective resource allocation for the clinical project team.
- Develop and execute Monitoring Visit Strategies, promoting agile management practices.
- Optimize SDV burden through efficient planning and execution.
- Cultivate successful relationships with clinical vendors.
- Coordinate clinical deliverables related to protocol endpoints.
As a key leader, you will provide escalation support for clinical project issues and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
Requirements:- Minimum 0-4 years of experience in a similar role, such as a CTL or Project Manager, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced CRA experience, preferably on-site or in-house.
- Global clinical project management experience is highly desirable.
