About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced leaders to join our team as:

  • Store Managers
  • Assistant Store Managers
  • Assistant Production Managers

A typical day for these roles may include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the sales floor or production room
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and increase store sales and profits through creative thinking
  • Leading by example and role-modelling outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and donors
  • Welcoming and training new team members into our business, supporting them to succeed and grow in their roles
  • Coaching team members on meeting targets and leading team safety meetings
About You

To be successful in these roles, you will require:

  • Availability for full-time hours (38 hours per week) on a set or rotational roster
  • Experience managing or leading teams in fast-paced environments, such as retail, production, warehousing, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to empower and inspire your team to achieve their goals
  • An impact-driven mindset, eager to make a positive impact on your team and community
  • A customer-focused approach, passionate about providing exceptional experiences at every interaction with customers and donors
  • Eager to learn and adapt, always looking for better ways to improve
  • A commitment to doing the right thing, standing up for what's right, and following through on commitments
  • The ability to celebrate uniqueness, recognizing the value of diverse backgrounds and perspectives
