We are seeking a seasoned Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join our operations team. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating timely deliveries, arranging quarantine inspection bookings as per directions, managing accounts receivable and monitoring COD payments, managing the status of jobs through maintaining accurate data within CargoWise and communication exceptions and delays to stakeholders, arranging in accordance with customs requirements, booking cartage with internal or external carriers, planning internal truck run sheets and updating timesheets, advising external customers of delivery notices, informing customers of delays, processing empty returns to external FCL cartage providers, registering airfreight B Jobs, booking quarantine inspections as per directions, following up on outturn reports for B Jobs, actioning outturn reports, monitoring shipment custom status via ICS, and liaising with interstate offices and arranging local cartage.

  • Minimum 12 months industry experience with sound knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Cartage Coordinator role
  • Knowledge of customs and freight forwarding terminology
