About the Role

As a Global Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the timely flow of materials or products between suppliers and clients.

You will engage in communication with suppliers to commence the expediting process, update PO/material supply due dates, and monitor readiness of orders.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, project expediting experience, and proficiency in SAP.

Key responsibilities include arranging collections of orders, managing and resolving OS&Ds, and preparing reports using company software.

You will work closely with the Project team to ensure uninterrupted movement of inbound and outbound material.

Regularly updating Project Management on project progress and challenges is essential.

We are looking for a highly developed logistics professional with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned logistics expert to join our team and drive efficiency in the client's supply chain and company 3PL process.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years International Logistics experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Project Expeditor experience
  • CW1 experience
  • SAP experience beneficial
  • English spoken and written – CEFR Level 5
  • IT – Intermediate
  • Data compiling and processing skills through Excel
  • Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability
  • Highly developed Delegation and Empowerment capabilities
  • Proven decision-making capabilities
  • Eager to learn Supply Chain business models
  • Ability to prioritise and organise high variety and volume of tasks
  • Ability to represent the Company at all levels and to build strong client and customer relationships
