Global Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth supply chain processes and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Action material control processes to ensure efficient inventory management
- Raise purchase orders and call-offs to meet customer requirements
- Liaise with Logistics Parts Co-ordinator to support decision-making and stock management
- Monitor MRP-generated order recommendations and expediting orders as needed
- Follow up on late orders from suppliers and provide timely feedback to stakeholders
- Manage inventory of parts to minimize obsolescence and inform production planners of potential shortages
- Liaise with Quality and Purchasing teams regarding product quality issues and returns
- Participate in team activities and encourage collaboration
- Health & Safety: Ensure a safe work environment and follow all instructions for working safely
- Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and manage risks, monitor compliance processes, and promote a risk-aware culture
