Event Marketing Coordinator Role

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Event Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and developing bilingual content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote events and cultural programs.
  • Develop and maintain the company website, including SEO strategies and keyword optimisation.
  • Create engaging bilingual content for EDMs, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Liaise with PR agencies, venues, and ticketing partners to support promotional activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and reporting metrics.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during events, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or events industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, advertising, and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO practices, including backlinking and keyword strategy.
  • Proficiency in creating marketing content in both English and Mandarin.
  • Experience with website content management and page editing (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including outside regular business hours when required.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
