Role Overview

The Baking Team is looking for a skilled baker to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality baked goods that meet the expectations of our customers.

You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries using traditional recipes and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a bakery or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with food handling and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
