Key Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Commercial Relations Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills within a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in providing front-line support for client queries on our systems, working closely with clients to ensure compliance with shipping and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Account Administration: Administer and maintain client accounts including set up, closure and documentation.
  • Front-Line Support: Provide prompt and effective front-line support for client queries on our systems.
  • Client Compliance: Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with shipping and contractual requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and clients on stock management, allocations and inventory.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce and distribute regular reports such as third-party transport plans, allocation reports, and reconciliations.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and prepare end-of-year reconciliation reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in client visits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Functions: Assist other teams in the supply chain and shipping functions as needed.

  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the industry is desirable but not essential.
