Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an urban planning intern. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, administration and business support.

This temporary part-time position is designed to support a university student nearing their final year of study (undergraduate or post-graduate) in land use planning, urban design, architecture, or similar field.

The ideal candidate will have enrolled in latter stages of University, TAFE or equivalent study and possess strong skills in problem-solving, time management and leadership.

About the Role
  • Provide project management, administration and business support to various projects and teams
  • Conduct research into Development Applications and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal staff and the public to provide excellent customer service

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills and knowledge in urban planning and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

About You
  • Currently studying in land use planning, urban design, architecture, or similar field
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, time management and leadership
