Property and Tenancy Coordinator

This role involves coordinating property functions for MacDonnell Regional Council, planning and delivering designated projects.
- Responsibilities include providing relevant financial and compliance reporting to MRC staff and external parties, procurement & freight coordination as per policy, and travel to 13 communities to conduct training sessions for staff as required.
The position is based in Alice Springs, with approximately 20% of work time spent travelling to and working in remote communities - including overnight stays - in the MacDonnell Regional Council area of service.
Key Requirements:- Extensive experience in facilities, assets, or project management.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, or Project Management.
- Ability to acquire a NT Ochre card and hold a current driver's licence.
