Cafe All Rounder

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Cafe All Rounder to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and welcoming service to all guests, creating a positive atmosphere and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare cold beverages to a high standard, paying attention to detail and presentation.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organised store environment throughout your shift, including restocking shelves and keeping the area tidy.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be highly desirable.
  • Social Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends.
  • Adaptability: Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
