ClearCompany is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to drive landmark construction and infrastructure projects. This role involves owning contracts, negotiations, and full project lifecycles, while shaping business growth and mentoring junior colleagues.
Duties- Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiations across diverse, high-profile projects.
- Drive key construction and infrastructure matters from start to finish.
- Collaborate with senior Partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver success.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues and foster professional growth.
- Engage in business development and client relationship building.
This role requires 5+ years' experience in Construction/Infrastructure/Projects, highly developed communication skills, and strong multitasking skills.
