The Opportunity:
We seek a driven and customer-focused professional to join our high-performing team as a Specification Manager. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with architects and designers to promote our product portfolio through proactive engagement and strategic specification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster relationships with key decision-makers to ensure products are specified in project plans.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase specification sales and grow market share.
* Deliver compelling product presentations that highlight unique value propositions and competitive advantages.
* Collaborate with internal teams – marketing, logistics, and customer service – to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate CRM records of customer activity, project status, and forecasting data.
